Issue Summary

Whenever the user goes to view a board/backlog, the associated project sidebar goes away (hiddensidebar), but when viewing anything else the sidebar remains (sidebarshown)

This is basically automatically triggering the "show header" & "hide header" functions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to visualize and board created or backlog

Expected Results

As a Jira admin I expect that the show header & hide header functions will be triggered only the two arrows icon is clicked.

Actual Results

Jira is automatically hiding the project sidebar when visualizing a board or backlog
