Microsoft Teams Integration - @ mention users through Jira Automations

      Would be great to see @ mentions in MS Teams automations, enabling better integration between the two platforms, allowing for rich notifications directly into Teams Channels

      What I am looking to achieve, is by @ mentioning someone in a comment on Jira, through the use of Jira automations and the Teams webhook capability, to @ mention them natively in MS Teams in a channel message (i.e. not via the Jira Cloud app)

      Currently we have the possibility to send notifications to a Teams Channel only via Jira Automation.  but not personal notifications via Jira Automation.
