Cannot modify Remaining attribute for Technical Task using Scrum template

Steps to replicate the problem:-

1) Create a project that associates with Scrum template
2) Configure the Card Template via Agile tab > Planning Board > Tools > Configuration
3) Access the 'Card Templates' tab
4) Choose the issue type 'Technical Task'
5) The 'Remaining' does not appears as a drop-down list.
