This is more then a weird enhancement request. For me it is a mandatory one, as mentioned by the initial requester it is often needed to have some special admin workflow transitions (e.g. forced automatable issue closure transition from every status to a closed status to prevent the problem to archive projects with open issues, as those otherwise would be still reported as opened in reporting tools like PowerBI as the issue would no be available anymore ein searches and therefore the existing open information of that issue never updated.
But obviously it would confuse normal users to see such a transition and not able to use it.
So hiding such admin only transitions would be more then only helpful.
