Simultaneous actions on pull requests ( such as title changes ) can cause duplicate pull requets to be displayed in the development panel

      Issue Summary

      When a pull request has multiple changes in the same second, say a title change, this can cause duplicate entries of the pull request when viewed in Jira's development panel

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect to DVCS repository
      2. Create bracnh
      3. Create pull request
      4. Use automation / scripting to edit the title of the pull request multiple times in one second

      Expected Results

      Jira's dev panel will correctly display the latest title of the pull request

      Actual Results

      Jira lists duplicate pull requests for each change made

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
