On the GreenHopper Task Board, I need the ability to select "All" Fix Versions for a selected Context. My Context filter includes issues from multiple fix versions, which I need to view together on a single Task Board.

This issue will not be addressed as it is related to Classic boards, which are no longer being improved and will be removed in the future. We encourage you to migrate to the new Agile boards for all future work.

          Hi Shaun,

          Thank you for your reply.

We have several custom fields that would make a great difference if displayed on the card on a Rapid Board. For instance we have a field that indicates the dev complexity (select list with values: S/M/L/XL) and this field is very important when we do the prioritization. We have implemented a Kanban board and our WIP limit is based on this value too. The difference would be huge if we could easily see this when we do a prioritization/fill input queue meeting. It would be better than nothing to have in on the detail view but far from great.

Now the thing is that the Task Board lets you display whatever field you want on the card which is perfect but the problem is that it has other limitations like you absolutely need to filter by a specific fix version on a specific project. The rapid board would be perfect for everything we would like to do but this limitation on the card customization it's so hard to cope with that we hardly use the rapid boards. The rapid boards could have been so great if some card customization was possible.

          Thanks,
          Dan

          Hi Dan,

We don't plan on enhancing the task board any further as we are focusing on the Rapid Board.

Can you indicate which field it is that you need to see on the card for the Rapid Board to be useful for you? Is there a reason that field must be on the card rather than in the detail view?

          Thanks,
          Shaun

          Hello,

We also would be very interested in this feature. The problem with the rapid board is that you cannot customize the format of the card which makes this feature useless for us (GHS-3922). It would be very good if we could see All the Fix Versions in the Task Board for a selected context. Any chance on having this functionality?

          Thank you
          Dan

          Hello,

Has anyone given this a try on the Rapid Board, as per my previous comment?

          Thanks,

          Hi Folks,

You may wish to take a look at the Rapid Board for displaying all fixVersions. There are some examples on that page that will assist you in limiting the results to only those fixVersions that have not yet been released.

The Rapid Board is currently in Labs while we collect feedback from customers. Please share your thoughts and comments on the Rapid Board via the 'Got Rapid Board Feedback?' link in the top right of Rapid Board.

          Thanks,

This would be extremely helpful to me! A developer asked for this today, so that they could see all of the work, regardless of version, assigned to them and its progress state.
