Symptom: Jira Application page shows the following error "JIRA Core must be updated to be compatible with this version of JIRA Software."

Error: Both Jira Core and Jira Software are running version 7.6.10 so this error message should not be shown.

Suggested Fix: Remove the error warning from the Application Screen

Reproducible: Yes on a plain install of Jira 7.6.10.
