[JSWSERVER-19078] Scroll Bar to Better display the Board Columns

In the board column configuration, if you added at least 7-8 columns, the columns become very narrow that you would hardly see the contents.

Rather than making the columns narrower, it would be great to have a scrollbar, to navigate left and right to view the rest of the columns
