Give an ability to disable days in column globally

      Problem Definition

      Using Days in Column for boards slows down page loading due to extra Lucene computation.
      Please check KB article for details: Kanban board loading is slow - performance problems

      Currently, you can switch it off manually for each board configuration, but it requires a lot of work and not very scalable.

      Suggested Solution

      Please, give a possibility to switch it off globally.
