Summary
In Jira DC when upgrading board to Kanplan you can end up having clusterlocks. The lock is used only for disabling and enabling Kanplan for boards.
Symptoms
Healthcheck reporting hangling cluster locks
Node '<node>' has been holding cluster lock, com.atlassian.greenhopper.service.rapid.view.BacklogColumnHelper-<id>
Workaround
Restarting nodes should remove the locks.
