Javascript error when split issue from backlog

Summary

When split issue via backlog, user will hit into the following error message:

Exception: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'state' of undefined

Steps to reproduce

Scenario 1

1. Create two tickets and create a sprint
2. Move one ticket into the sprint and then start the sprint.
3. Resolve the ticket and complete the sprint.
4. Reopen the ticket and it will reappear on the backlog.
5. Attempt to split that issue

Scenario 2 (Reproducible on 7.6.7 but not 7.6.0)

1. Create a sprint
2. Move two issues into that sprint
3. Start sprint
4. Switch back to 'backlog' view
5. Move one issue from the sprint and back into backlog
6. Attempt to split that issue

Expected Results.

It should be allowing to split the ticket.

Actual Results.

Failed to split issue and get a Javascript error message.

Notes

• Tested on Chrome
• The problem is not happening in 7.7.0

Workaround

Clone the issue out and don't check the 'clone sprint values'
