Copied JQL from URL, when input as comment the closing parenthesis is not made part of the link.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a JIRA search issues window and enter a JIRA JQL query of project in ("project 1", "project 2") and fixVersion in (version1, version2)
2. Copy the URL from your browser window and paste as comment in Jira issue.
3. Observe closing parenthesis is not included in the link, but is necessary.

http://example.com/foo(0)bar(0)

Expected Result:

Closing parenthesis is not included in the link.

Actual Result:

Closing parenthesis would be included in the link.

Workaround:
In order to bypass this behavior, you may simply end your URL with a "/", so that the closing parenthesis is not the last character of the URL:
Ex.

http://example.com/foo(0)bar(0)/

Or you can encode the ending parenthesis using "%29" instead:
Ex.

http://example.com/foo(0)bar(0%29
