Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure that the Time Tracking fields are associated with screens.
2. Ensure that one of the workflow transitions has the clear "Remaining Estimates" post function.
3. Create an issue.
4. During issue creation, specify "Remaining Estimate" to 30 minutes.
5. Move workflow transition through clear "Remaining Estimates" post function.
6. Edit an issue, leave blank for "Remaining Estimates"

Expected Results

• After step #5 above, the Remaining Estimates appears as "Not Set".
• After step #6 above, the Remaining Estimates continue to appear as "Not Set".

Actual Results

• After step #5 above, the Remaining Estimates appears as "Not Set".
• After step #6 above, the Remaining Estimates appears as "30 minutes".
