When you try to open the Smart Commits configuration screen, nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Establish and Application Link between Jira and Bitbucket Server.
2. Once the Application Link is established, click in the ellipsis under Actions and choose Smart Commits

Expected results

A configuration screen should be displayed.

Actual results

Nothing happens

Notes:

Smart commits are also not enabled because of this and do not work.

If you look into the browser console log when trying to enable these Smart Commits, you will see an exception in the browser log such as this:
