Summary

Dragging issues (associated to a version) to "Issues without versions" under version panel throws error, instead of removing the version values from those issues

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a scrum board > expand version panel
2. Click on one of the versions. It will show the issues belong to that version
3. Drag one of the issues to "Issues without versions" section

Expected Result

The version value should be removed from the issue

Actual Result

Error message is shown

Error
Issues can only be added to a version that belongs to the same project as the issues

In Development tool, it throws 400 Error code.

Workaround

Remove the version value from edit issue screen
