Problem Definition
Compared to the 2008 SQL Server doc, the 2012 SQL Server is not as specific, and therefore can create confusion with regards to the database collation.
Suggested Solution
Add to that the Collation type must be case-insensitive, accent-insensitive, and language neutral
[JSWSERVER-16223] As a Admin, the Database collation information for SQL Server 2012 is not clear enough
