Inline edit "Description" field at Detail View doesn't auto-save

Summary

When you inline edit the Description field within the Detail View panel to the side of either an agile board's backlog or sprint view, typically the field will save when it is blurred – e.g., by clicking outside of the field in the whitespace on the page. However, the field will not auto save when you click another issue.

Environment

• JIRA Software 7.2
• JIRA Software 7.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Board and open any board.
2. At Backlog , open any issue for example ISS-1.
3. At Detail View side , edit Description field.
4. Then , click other issue for example ISS-2.
5. Then , go back to ISS-1

Expected Results

Description field is not auto save.

Actual Results

Description field is auto save

Workaround

Once edit Description field , click anywhere in Detail View side before open a new issue.
