      Atlassian Update – 21 August 2025

      Dear Customers,

We're happy to announce that the issue related to outdated JAVA API documentation for Jira Software has been resolved.

We have addressed it by manually publishing the Javadocs for Jira Software starting from version 9.12.0 and continuing with every subsequent release, such as 10.0.0 and 10.3.x. The only exception is version 10.1.0, which was taken down due to a SEFCON and is unavailable to our customers. Additionally, our release process has been updated to ensure that Javadocs are automatically published for all future releases.

Please note that there is a known issue with the file index, which requires manual modification of the URL to navigate to the desired version. This is being tracked under a separate issue: JRASERVER-67873.

      Best regards,
      Daniel Rauf
      Software Engineer

      Problem Solution:

While we have JIRA Core JAVA API available for version 7.X and JIRA Service Desk 3.x, the latest JAVA API that is available for JIRA Software is 6.7.12 which is JIRA Agile.

      Suggested Solution:

To update the page with JIRA Software latest JAVA API list.
