Where's my field missing from admin drop down

      Summary

      "Where's my field" is only populated under the admin dropdown on issue view screen if navigating through a linked issue.

      Environment

      • Started in Server 7.2.1 (Previous versions not reproducible)
      • Cloud v1000.383.3

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to an issue
      2. Select Admin Dropdown

      Expected Results

      "Where's my field" is present under the admin dropdown.

      Actual Results

      "Where's my field" is missing

      The "Where's my field" is present if you navigate to an issue through a linked issue:

      Workaround

      1. Navigate to the same issue via another issue that is linked to it
      2. Select Admin Dropdown and "Where's my field" will be present Present
