FeCru does not auto-link issue reviews created from JIRA

Steps to reproduce:

• Have a JIRA and FishEye instances linked
• Create a review of a commit from within a JIRA issue
• When redirected to FishEye, the following message is displayed: Linked Issue: None - Would you like to create a link to <JIRA ISSUE>
• After one link is created, every other review from the same issue will already be automatically linked to it

Also, when the link is created, the review still won't appear in JIRA's Development Panel until it is started.

Expected Behaviour

• Have a JIRA and FishEye instances linked
• Create a review of a commit from within a JIRA issue
• When redirected to FishEye, the issue is already linked to the Review and the Review is displayed in the Development Panel.
