Creating a board with projects that not all users have access to, will make it disappear from the Projects page left menu

If there is a board (Scrum or Kanban) where some users have permissions to all projects while some others do not have permissions to at least one of the projects, then the board will not appear in the Project left panel.

The boards are still available while navigating from the top menu >> Boards.

This behaviour is not intuitive for the end user.

How to Replicate

1. Login as user that has permissions on all boards and navigate to one of the projects from the top bar Projects dropdown.
2. On the left panel, notice that the board is showing up under "Boards in this project"
3. Now, login as another user that does not have access to at least one of the projects in the board filter and navigate to the same project.
4. Notice that the board is not showing up in the "Boards in this project"
5. Both users can see the board if they use the "Boards" menu from the top bar.

Workaround

Provide this user access to the project or remove the project from the board filter.
