Jira does not provide any clue in the UI when bamboo gadgets can not be retrieved

      Problem
      If external application link's authorization settings are inconsistent, JIRA silently skips loading plugins from remote system (Bamboo, e.g)

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create reciprocal app link to Bamboo (Bamboo server should be executed) on Administration/Application links Jira page.
      2. Ensure that incoming/outgoing auth. settings are inconsistent (disable both OAuth and Trusted auth on Jira side, e.g.).
      3. Go to dashboard screen and try to find Bamboo gadgets

      Result
      No gadgets are found, no error/warning messages are displayed.
      Jira logs contain many records similar to the following:

      Expected Result
      Error or warning sign with comprehensive explanation is displayed in the user interface.
