      Cause

      1. This is identified to be caused by the Application Navigator.

      Workaround

      1. Deleting/hiding all links in the Application Navigator seems to work around this problem.

      Environment

      1. JIRA 6.3.6 seems to be the only versions affected so far.
      2. Reproducible in a fresh installation.
