Create sub-task from link doesn't work

Steps to reproduce
1) Create link
<a href="/" class='issueaction-create-subtask' data-issueid='n'></a>
n - id of parent
2) click on it
3) sub-task dialog doesn't read data-issuid attribute

Actual result
bug dialog created

Expected result
sub-task dialog created

onDoneSubtask method receive wrong parameter e, and because of this sub-task attr doesn't read attr from link
