Steps to Reproduce

1. Bring up the issue detail view from within a JIRA Agile board.
2. Select Attach Screenshot from the "..." menu at the top-right.

Expected Results

The dialog loads fully and it's possible to paste and attach a screenshot to the issue.

Actual Results

The "Your image will be pasted here" pane doesn't load properly and you can't paste anything into it:

Workaround

Open the issue in JIRA itself, rather than Agile, and attach the screenshot from there.
