      Description

When managing multiple teams and boards, it is impractical to go into multiple boards on the first day of sprint and have to close and open all of the sprints manually.

      Suggestion

Add checkboxes below the start and end date of a sprint so users can select if the sprint should automatically be started or stopped when creating it.

@John Wokurka - Yes, we can't attach the file but you can still paste script content in comment

I've attached a copy of our scriptrunner script we use to automatically close and start scripts.  In order to use this script you'll need to create a board where you have defined your sprint cadence (I call mine Enterprise 3 week sprints so I can create a separate board with different cadences) then you'll use the script to manage the sprints on this board.  The other boards (teams) that want to sprint in 3 weeks increments would use the sprints on this specific board to plan and execute their work.

Anyone know how I can attach a file to a comment, it appears this functionality has been disabled?

Hey John, is there any chance you could share that script? I'm implementing Jira at my company and we get headaches every 2 weeks because of the amount of open sprints we have. Thanks in advance!
