Show total estimate time including subtasks on card

When planning issues for a sprint, the estimeted time showed on the card, does only show the estimate time of the parent issue. If a parent has subtasks, the time estimated for these subtasks is not included in the card of the parent.

On issue level you are able to switch on/off the totale estimated time of parents and subtask. These should also be vissible on the cards on the board in order to pla correctly.
