The Epic name should naturally default to the Summary at the very least. Using "unlabelled" was never a good idea and makes the product look slap-dash. Software developers should look at themselves as crafts persons who build quality products.
Users do not want to click on things. Users do not want to type. So please find ways to remove clicks and typing as much as possible. This should be ingrained into the UX design mindset and upheld by everyone on the team. This could be a side effect of having too short of a sprint cycle as that can encourage corner cutting and lower quality work.
