      This defect was copied as we are having the exact same issue as of last night. We cannot access the jira plug-in as we are getting an error that it is failing to load. If you review the logs you will see that 'com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira' failed to load. Also, prior to that error there is another entry that 'jira-greenhooper-plugin-6.5.23....' failed to load.

      The JIRA Agile appears to be disabled. Under the JIRA Agile add-on if you try to enable it, you hit into error: This add-on failed to enable. It may require a license. Refer to the logs for more information.

      The current workaround is to restart the instance. If you are raising an issue, under https://support.atlassian.com, do let us know the best time to restart your instance.
