Start and stop a sprint

      A Scrummaster is not always the Administrator of a project. But a Scrummaster should be able to start and stop a sprint.
      Until today, only the administrator of a project is allowed to do this.
      I wish a fine granular control over indivdual functions in the area of sprint administration.
