Prepare a jira instance with Agile plugin, shut down it and empty the database (delete and recreate a the database), so you can start from clean.

Jira will start and allow you to configure it, greenhopper will also start BUT you will discover the the Epic to Sprint Issue type are missing.

You can verify this by trying to import a backup into Jira and Jira will report this missing field.

Restarting Jira solves this problem, and also confirms the fact that when installed from clean, greenhooper fails to configure jira properly.
