Ability to customize the default duration of a Sprint

      When you click on Start Sprint, there are values for the Start and End Date of a Sprint, and it is a period of two weeks. You can change these dates, but since every sprint should have the same duration, it would be useful to be able to set the default duration of a Sprint, so everytime you click on Create Sprint the default duration would be the value you set (one week, three weeks, etc).

            There's not currently a way to do that, there are related issues for this.

            Thanks. This is not exactly what we need. We want to be able to set the sprints in all boards to be the same duration, e.g., 1 week, 3 weeks, etc., as the default. Is there a way we can do that?

            david.lin2, it is available in JIRA Cloud today, though the feature is implemented to repeat a custom duration rather than being able to set a default duration in advance. That is, the last used duration of a sprint e.g. 3 weeks, would be the setting for the next started sprint.

            We are using the cloud version of JIRA Agile. Is it available? I contacted your support and was told that this feature is still not available. I want to set all our projects to have a default sprint duration. Can you tell me how to do that?

            I would at least prefer something customizable in days, not just 1/2/3 weeks, since we use a 3-week sprint that starts on thursday but ends on tuesday (so we have some free development time and there is some time for feedback in between). I think option 2 would cover this.
