Implement ability to warn or highlight issues scheduled for the same time for the same assignee

      Issue Summary

      Currently it is possible to have multiple issues scheduled for execution for the same assignee at the same time. It might be hard for a project manager to noticed such situation even if grouped by Assignee. 

      To help with planning, implement ability to warn or highlight issues scheduled for the same time for the same assignee.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Plan with multiple issues.
      2. Manually assign issues to the same person.
      3. Set Start and End dates for the same period of time.

      Expected Results

      Plans will show multiple issues scheduled.

      Actual Results

      No highlights when multiple issues scheduled.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
