It would be great if it was possible to make an issue type screen tab added by default to all new project workspaces.

As in, when I click create to add a new story, I would like to see a General Tab and a Product Mgmt. tab (custom) with certain fields? Yes, I can go configure the screens to add the second tab, but I want this to happen by default for any new project workspaces we create, without having to go to the newly created workspace and editing the Issue type screens.
