Unable to see private boards as a Jira administrator

      Issue Summary

      If a board/filter is marked as private, Jira administrators only see the name Private, which can make site administration/cleanup more challenging.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a private board
      2. Try to view all boards

      Expected Results

      See the name of any of the boards on the cloud site as an Administrator

      Actual Results

      Only see the name Private for boards set to private, even as a Site administrator.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
