In the Plans financial year setting, we currently follow convention for FY naming:

Fiscal years are named using the year when the period ends. For instance, a fiscal year that runs from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 is called FY24

Some customers find this confusing, and would like more flexibility in naming this period (e.g. named for the year when the period starts instead of when it ends)
