Allow users to decide where to move done issues when deleting a sprint

    Description

      Suggestion to address the issue reported in JSWCLOUD-26208

      Deleting an active sprint with done issues moves the issues to the next future sprint. There should be a modal popping up asking the user what to do with the issues. 

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create two sprints
      2. Add issues to both sprints
      3. Start the first sprint
      4. Close an issue in the active sprint
      5. Delete the active sprint (do not complete)
      6. All issues, including done issues will be moved to the next future sprint.
