Issue Summary

After adding quick filters to a Kanban board and toggling the quick filters option in the dropdown, the filter buttons are available. However, when moving to the backlog or refreshing the page the toggle value will not be saved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Kanban board
2. Add a couple of quick filters.
3. Return to the Kanban board view.
4. From the Quick Filters dropdown toggle to on the quick filters option..
5. Move to the backlog view or refresh the page.

The toggle option will not be saved.

Expected Results

The toggle option should be saved as it is on the backlog view and previous board experience.

Actual Results

The toggle option on the Kanban board view is not saved.

Workaround

Selecting the quick filters option from the View Settings menu will save the selected option.
