Support creating branches in Azure DevOps directly from Jira

      Suggestion

      On the Mar 24th 2024, the Azure DevOps for Jira (Official) app started to support commits, branches, and pull requests besides CI/CD.

      Still, it would be nice to pair it with Bitbucket, GitHub, and GitLab by allowing the creation of branches/PR directly from the issue view.
