Fork Repos from Github does not show up in "Create branch in Github" component in Automation

Issue Summary

The "create branch in github" component in Jira Automation, does not fetch Fork Repos.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Fork repo in Github
2. Add "create branch in github" in automation rule
3. search for fork repo by typing its name

Expected Results

the fork repo should appear

Actual Results

The fork repo does no appear.
