Sub-tasks are not visible under their parent in the Backlog tab after 'Enhance my board and backlog' opt-out has been disabled on boards.

      Issue Summary

The sub-tasks under the parents are not available in the Backlog of Scrum boards after the 'Enhance my board and backlog' opt-out has been disabled.

Note: This problem is being observed after the 'Enhance my board and backlog' opt-out has been disabled on sites.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Find a site where the boards where the 'Enhance my board and backlog' opt-out has been disabled.
      2. Create 2 boards in a project, one Kanban and one Scrum.
      3. Ensure that the board filter fetches all the issues in the project and the columns are correctly mapped.
      4. Review the Backlog of the Scrum board and you will not be able to visualize the sub-tasks here.

      Expected Results

Since the Board's filter fetches all the issues, it's expected we see the sub-tasks under their parent in the Backlog of the Scrum Boards.

      Actual Results

Scrum Boards fail to display the the parent and their sub-task hierarchy.

[JSWCLOUD-26024] Sub-tasks are not visible under their parent in the Backlog tab after 'Enhance my board and backlog' opt-out has been disabled on boards.

With these steps I have been able to solve it without having to create new boards.

            1. Go to the dashboard filter that does not show subtasks and modify it by adding "project = SOFTTEST and issuetype = Subtask ORDER BY Rank ASC"2
            2. Run the search
            3. Leave the filter it back as it was "project = SOFTTEST ORDER BY Rank ASC
            4. The board works correctly

This forces the current board to show the subtasks

We have this issue as well.

I think it's user related: Users who did not opt in for the new view (when that was possible), get a failure on this feature now (when it's mandatory)
