Allow an option for users boards to show sprints from other boards in the timeline

      Currently, the timeline view in company managed project boards will only show Sprints that originate within the board itself. Allowing a toggle to show other board sprints within the same project will help users align themselves better with other boards all under one view to see overlap (that doesn't require advanced roadmaps).
