Issue Summary

The customer added the snyk plugin for Jira and linked containers to various projects in Jira. They are seeing issues where containers won't load and retry doesn't solve the problem.

The containers have been deleted from the Snyk side, and that matches our knowledge regarding orphaned containers (referred to on the Jira side but not in Snyk).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Delete the container in Snyk
2. In Jira, it will not sync and throw an error as depicted below:

Expected Results

Deleting the container in Snyk should also delete the container in Jira

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the log file:

Unable to load containers. Retry

Workaround

Contact Support to remove the orphaned security container from the project.
