This issue cannot be edited because of its workflow status - User is not warned when completing a sprint failed or partially succeeded

Issue Summary

Open issues in an active sprint are not moved to the next sprint when completing a sprint even if a single issue is non-editable due to its status(workflow property).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit workflow associated with any one issue type in the project.
2. Select any non-done status and update its property as below.
   • Property Key : jira.issue.editable
   • Property Value : false
3. Ensure that at least 1 issue in the active sprint is in the above status.
4. Complete the sprint and make sure to move the incomplete issues to the next sprint.

We receive an error indicating that the sprint could not be completed due to its Workflow status.

However, when we cancel the complete operation, we see that the Sprint is completed and that the issues are not moved to the next sprint, instead are moved to the backlog.

Expected Results

If issues are not editable, the workflow-related error should be displayed and the user should be provided with either of the below 2 options:

1. Cancel the Sprint completion.
   OR
2. Continue the sprint completion and only the non-editable issues are moved to the Backlog and the rest of the issues should be moved to the next sprint.

Actual Results

When we cancel the complete operation, we see that the Sprint is indeed completed despite the error.
Additionally, all the incomplete issues from that sprint are moved to the Backlog, instead of the next sprint.

Workaround

If the user does not want to manually move the issues from backlog to the next sprint, they will need to ensure that none of the issues are in the status which has the property set, when they are completing the Sprint.
