Ability to Archive teams

This functionality is particularly important when a Scrum team is disbanded after the conclusion of a project.

While the team may no longer be active, the work they have completed remains relevant and needs to be preserved for future reference and record-keeping purposes. However, having the disbanded team still available in the "Team" field selection can cause confusion.

The proposed feature to archive teams would allow for a clean, organized, and up-to-date view of currently active teams, while still maintaining the integrity of past team data and activities.

This feature would greatly enhance user experience by providing a clearer view of team structures and improving data management.
