Currently, in Scrum boards, the backlog can't be enabled or disabled as a separate entity, as we are allowed in Kanban boards.

This creates some confusion regarding backlog issues being displayed in the "Active Sprints" boards, with no other option than disabling the status in the board to hide those issues, which also removes them from the backlog section.

This also adds complexity as not all issues in Scrum have a "Backlog" status while in the Backlog section, which makes it difficult to hide these specific items via filter.
