Have the ability to see the average velocity bar in the Velocity chart report for Jira cloud.

      At the moment, the average velocity bar, in the Velocity Chart report, is only available for Jira Server and Datacenter.

      It would be good if we also have the velocity bar for Jira Cloud. 

      When comparing the documents from server and cloud we can see this feature is not available in the cloud.

            After comparing this issue against another known report JSWCLOUD-7653: Have the ability to see the average velocity per period of time in Velocity chart we realized that both are addressing the same scenario. Since we consider JSWCLOUD-7653 the main point of entry for this scenario, we will be closing this request now and will ask you to cast your votes in the original request so we can measure the impact and interest more accurately.
