      Archiving a project release restricts the release report issue list to 20 issues

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Release
      2. Create 21 issues and associate them with the release
      3. Open the release report
      4. Archive the release
      5. Refresh the report

      Expected Results

      The issue list should include all issues

      Actual Results

      The list includes only the 20 first issues

      Workaround

      View in issue navigator option should pull all of the issues associated with the release accordingly

            [JRACLOUD-87038] Archiving a project release restricts the release report issue list to 20 issues

            You don't have to even archive the fix version. We can only ever see 20 issues in the list unless we go to "view in issue navigator". Here is an unarchived and unreleased one with 38 issues. Only 20 show on the releases page.
