      Issue Summary

When using a direct link URL to a project's releases page to filter by a status category, the page does not filter by the status indicated in the URL.

      EX: https://yourinstance.atlassian.net/projects/XXX/versions/XXXXX/tab/release-report-all-issues?statusCategory=IN_PROGRESS

This above URL will not filter to show "In Progress" status category items when first bringing up the page, you need to manually trigger the status category you wish to filter/sort by for it to then show that filter/sort order.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a project with the Development > Releases
      2. Have multiple issues with different statuses
      3. Select "Status Category" and select one option
      4. Notice it will then sort/order by that status category
      5. Grab the URL for that filter/sort order and then plug it into the browser
      6. Notice that when the page loads the filter/sort order does not adhere to the status category even though it is selected in the dropdown

      Expected Results

It should filter by the status category

      Actual Results

It does not filter by the status category

      Workaround

Manually de-select the status category and then re-select the status category for it to show the filter/sort order correctly.
