Issue Summary

Edit custom filter query three dots button is not displayed when the query is too big. It is displayed out of the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a team-managed project
2. Access the Project settings > Board > Custom filters
3. Create a big filter query

Expected Results

The filter query should be displayed within the layout box.

Actual Results

The filter query is displayed out of the layout box.

Workaround

Zoom out the page to see the three dots button.
